Responsibilities
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Responsibility for security over the internet, LAN etc.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshooting experience in corporate environment
- Design and deploy organization LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware.
- Design, setup and configure complex switching environments
- Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems
- Maintain inventory like Software, Hardware etc.
- Maintain & Manage Office 365 / Windows Azure and IAM services to ensure immediate remediation of the reported issues and achieve required
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 4-8 years of experience in System administration, Network administration
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
- Working knowledge of virtualization, Hyper-V, and Windows Failover Clustering.
- Knowledge on Active Directory services and Office 365 Email server.
- Exposure in mail infrastructure especially MS Office Outlook Administration 2010/2013/2016
- Exposure in mail infrastructure especially MS Office Outlook Administration 2010/2013/2016
- Experience in Windows server 2008R2/2012R2/2016 and administration
- Experience in MS Windows server 2016/2019 and administration
- knowledge in Endpoint Protection Security Products like Trend Micro Enterprise
- Experience of attending ISMS And ISO audits
