Job Summary
We are looking for HR Executive with 0–2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, recruitment and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation and joining.
- Create and manage job postings.
- Complete pre-boarding documentation and conduct onboarding and induction.
HR Operations:
- Manage joining formalities, employee records, HRMS updates and documentation.
- Handle promotions, transfers, confirmations, exits, settlements and relieving letters.
- Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring legal and organizational compliance.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address grievances, disciplinary actions and employee concerns professionally.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
Training & Performance Management:
- Identify training needs and manage development programs.
- Oversee the full performance appraisal process and maintain records.
Insurance & Benefits:
- Administer employee and office asset insurance policies including renewals and claims.
- Coordinate with insurance vendors for policy management and settlements.
Audits & Administration:
- Maintain HR documentation and manage internal and external audits (QMS, ISMS).
- Manage employee files and ensure audit compliance.
- Handle admin tasks including issuance of ID/visiting cards and office equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or Knowledge in Recruitment, Onboarding, Exit, Insurance & Benefits, Training & Performance Management and employee relations.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and HRMS tools.
- Strong execution capability with excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
